Why have I received plain-box packaging?
We take great pride in the quality of our products and the fact that each is delivered in our distinctive packaging livery. This is an integral part of our branding and something that we work hard to maintain right across the range.
Unfortunately, there are rare occasions where packaging supply issues can undermine these efforts.
With that said, you may on rare occasions receive a product in a plain unmarked box adorned with a brand sticker, as shown above. Of course, the product inside is still genuine Motaquip offering the same consistent performance and reliability you have come to expect from our brand. Should there be any doubt in your mind, each product is individually marked for traceability purposes allowing us to validate the product if required.
